Inbox and people - Stage

What the Inbox shows

The Enquiries tool lists people who wrote in, newest first, with the message or form name and how long ago. A dot in the header shows how many people are on the site right now. Select one to see:

Card	Contents
Message or Response	The message, or each answer under the question as it was worded
Signal	How warm they are (by how often they have visited), first seen, visits, pages read, whether they had been before, the page they contacted you from, the source, and their location
Company	Filled in automatically from their email domain, when it is a company address
Activity	Their recent events: emails captured, messages sent, forms submitted

The one action is Delete, with a confirmation. It removes the person and everything they submitted.

Who becomes a person

Someone becomes a person in the Inbox the first time they give their email, through a form or the site’s contact button. The same email later is the same person, so writing twice does not make two entries.

Notifications

Each response can email the addresses set under Settings, then Forms, with the answers in the body and the respondent as reply-to.

Enquiries appears in the top bar once your first response arrives. Until then it is under Settings, then Beta.
