A form is built like an article: a title and a body of questions, with page breaks so people see one page at a time.

Building

1

Create a form

It starts with one question already in it: Your email, required. Every form has it. It is how a response reaches your Inbox, so it cannot be removed or made optional.
2

Add questions

Type / to insert a question.Add headings and text between questions for instructions.
3

Adjust each question

Hover it for its controls: delete, add after, drag, and a cog for required and placeholder. Options on a choice or checkbox question are edited in place and reordered by dragging. A dropdown’s options are edited from its cog.
4

Arrange pages

Use the form’s tab on the right edge to add, reorder and step through pages.
5

Publish

Forms save as you go. Publish makes the form available. It needs at least one question besides the email one.

Where the form appears

That is part of your site’s design. Usually any link on the site can open it, and a link that names the form opens it on arrival, so a campaign link or a QR code can land with the form open.

Responses

Every response lands in the Inbox, with each answer under the question as it was worded at the time. An email goes to the addresses set under Settings, then Forms, with the answers in it and the respondent as reply-to.

Spam

Forms are protected without a captcha. Bots are caught by a hidden field and a timing check, and email addresses are checked for real mail servers and throwaway domains.
If a burst of spam gets through, the notification emails pause for the day. Every response is still stored.

Setting up a tracking funnel

Forms are the last stage of the funnel.
