| Admin | The /admin page on your own site. Anyone can reach it to sign in or request access; what you can do inside depends on your role |
| Article | A blog or news post. Has a draft, can be scheduled |
| Campaign | A set of posts across channels about one thing, with one shared link code |
| Campaign link | The one link for a whole campaign. For a bio, an email signature or a QR code |
| Edit notch | The tab on the right edge of a section in Edit mode. Holds Add, Settings and any actions the section has |
| Engaged | A visit that read a second page, stayed 30 seconds, or scrolled half a page |
| Enquiry | Someone who filled in a form or wrote to you through the site |
| Form | A questionnaire built in place. Responses land in the Inbox |
| Funnel | Clicks, visits, engaged and enquiries for one campaign, per channel and per post |
| Inbox | Where form responses and enquiries arrive, with what the person read before writing |
| Item | One entry in a list on the page: a logo, a card, a question |
| Member | Someone with access to the admin for this site. Editor or admin |
| Private site | A switch that puts the whole site behind sign-in |
| Publish | Make your changes live. For a page, that also rebuilds the site |
| Section | One block on a page: a hero, a list of features, a quote |
| Shared content | Text or an image that appears in several places. Edit it anywhere and every copy updates |
| Visit | One recorded page view. A session is one person’s visits within 30 minutes. The campaign funnel counts sessions |
