Alpha. Replies are X only for now. Instagram comments are a later slice; LinkedIn exposes nothing at this tier. Switched on per site by Stage.
The analytics panel’s numbers tell you a post is being talked about. Replies tells you what is being said.

What arrives

When someone replies to, quotes or reposts one of your campaign posts on X, it lands in the panel within a second or two. No refresh, no opening X. Tap a row to read the whole reply and open it on X. The feed shows the five newest per post; Show all opens the rest.

The tone

Each reply and quote is read by a small evaluation model that answers three fixed questions: is the attitude positive, neutral or negative; how strongly is it expressed; and what is it mainly about (praise, price, a bug, the design, a question). It gives a probability for each answer, not a verdict, and the panel sums those per post:
71% positive · 12% negative · 40 replies · 6 reposts
The bar under a post’s name is the same split drawn out. Hover a tone dot for the model’s confidence. Sarcasm gets misread some of the time. That is why the raw text is always one tap away. A reply with a grey dot has not been scored yet.

When people turn on a post

Three rules watch every post. Any one of them flags the post in the panel and emails everyone who can edit campaigns:
  1. Negative share. At least 30% of scored replies read negative, once at least five have been scored.
  2. A burst. Three negative replies inside ten minutes.
  3. A large account. A negative quote from an account with ten thousand followers or more, at once.
The defaults are above. Watch rules in the Replies section changes them for this campaign, or switches the emails off. A flag stays until someone presses Clear. The alert itself stays in the history.
The flag is a prompt to read, not a judgement. Open the replies, decide whether to answer, and clear it.

What it costs

X charges a fraction of a cent per inbound reply and quote, from the same prepaid credit the metrics polling uses. Scoring is about three cents per thousand replies. A post with fifty replies costs well under a dollar end to end.
