Inviting someone

Type one or more email addresses

Press Invite. Each person gets an email with a link that opens the admin and asks them to set a password

Roles

Change a role from the member’s row. Remove with Remove. Both take effect immediately, and removal offers Undo for a moment. You cannot change your own row.

Access requests

Anyone who reaches /admin without access can Request access. Admins get an email linking to the Team pane.
  • Approve sends an invitation at the role you pick.
  • Deny just records it.

Private site

Switch on Private site and the whole site goes behind sign-in within about a minute. Anyone without access, on any page, is sent to /admin to sign in or request access, and then back to the page they wanted. Switch it off and the site is public again within a minute. Members of either role can view a private site.
Media is not behind the switch. Images and videos stay reachable by anyone who has their direct address, private site or not. Do not upload confidential documents or images expecting the switch to protect them.
